We have personally enjoyed happy hour, dinner, lunch, or a combination of all of these over the last couple of years. While ownership and menus change, we think due to the business competition, standards remain high and service reliable.

Vine Street Social Wine Bar, 4th Avenue
🍹Happy Hour – 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm Daily

This cozy corner venue is just off Main Street & 4th. There is ample parking nearby. It’s compact but somehow that makes it more fun and the atmosphere is lively. There is not any outdoor seating at the time of writing.
Our only comment is that the happy hour menu feels a bit ‘complicated’ and changes quite often, but we suspect they are just trying out different ideas.
